Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Alabama
mortgage debt
x-wife has the house but man is still on the loan. She is not paying the mortgage and Man is not on the title. How can the man get off the loan or not let that debt go on man's credit?

Only way I am aware of is for both of them to refinance the house and have it placed in her name. However, with this economy and the banks/mortgage companies, will be tough to do.
