Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Alabama

repossetion

I voluntarily turned in a car five years ago and am now being harrassed again. They are threatening a lien on my home. The home is owned by an estate of four siblings. My question is ; is there any danger they can do anything with this home.

Re: repossetion

They can file a lien on the home if you are an owner. The lien would be placed on the home and when it sells, it would have to be satisfied by the proceeds of the sale.
