Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

my child support is 531.84 a month, at the time that was issued i made around 32,000 a year, my wife had no income. now i only make about 1450 a month(gross income), she makes about 1700(gross income). i do not pay anything on daycare, it was not part of my child support. she now pays about 120 a week in child care. if i have my child support modified what would it be would it go up or down. i am struggling to make these payments i have gotten behind.

thanks,

scott

It would also depend on the income of the mother of the child. The child day care would be included in child support but divided based on your percentage of the total income. I would suspect your child support would go down at this point. Please feel free to call and further discuss.
