Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

Previous Court Orders

My Husband had an x-wife that is constantly harrassing us; and we've heard through the grape vine that the twins he pays $700 per month child support; he doesn't get to visit; ''ARE NOT HIS''. We've have repeatedly tried and use certified mail to confirm and also to notify when visitation was denied. However; thte divorce decree does read ''children born of the marriage''; the judge has ordered blood test 3-4 times; but each time she has him arressted for harassing or whatever. None of the court orders for blood test have been carried out. And since he spent 20 months in prison; our attorney says statue of limitations has run out; and he can not bring this back before the judge. It should only take the proper Motion, shouldn't it?
