Call the bar association in Montgomery. There is fund set up for this type thing. Go to the arrainment and tell the Judge when your case is called. He will know about your lawyer and he will tell you what to do. He will try to help you. Don't be afraid, just go to court and tell the Judge what has happened, including how much you paid.
