Unauthorized use of cellphone

Person A is engaged in sexual activity with Person B and is taped without their (person A) consent with a cellular phone. The images are then sent to several email addresses and cell phones by Person B. Can Person A do anything legally to Person B.

Person A could certainly sue Person B for damages for invasion of privacy. One question would be whether Person B has any assets out of which a judgment could be satisfied. Person A may want to consider contacting a local attorney.
