Legal Question in Personal Injury in Alabama

i was in a car accident about six months ago. the other driver was at fault . i didn't have any insurance and neither did she. i am now being sued by the car company for the remaining balancing of the car. is it too late to sue her and do i have a case.

If the other driver was the negligent party in the loss, you absolutely have a case of negligence against that driver. You have two years from the date of the accident in Alabama to bring a lawsuit. Please contact me if I may be of service.
