Legal Question in Personal Injury in Alabama

If a tree in my neighbors yard is blown over, due to a storm, and damages a fence in my yard, is my neighbor libel for the damages?

Check with your insurance agent. If the tree is healthy, the loss is your loss. If the tree was dead or dying, it was reasonable for the tree's "owner" to know it was hazardous and would be his responsibility.
