Re: unbelieved

You need to follow company policy with regard to the report of harassment complaints. Once you have exhausted that process, and nothing has been done or accomplished, you should file an EEOC Charge (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission). You have six months from the date of the discrimination to file such a charge. Additionally, if you file such a charge and you are fired, you will have a retaliatory discharge claim against the company. You need to try to document everything in writing, i.e.: letters, statements from witnesses, photographs (jokes, etc.), etc. Please call me if you have any further questions (205) 254-3927 or (888) 295-7409.
