mother died aug 8 2009. will written on may 1 2007 is house owed $45,000.00 on, all personal property, monies of $100,00.00 to be divided 90% to son 10 % to daugther (my sister). mother lived in mobile ala. until may 1 2009 moved and died in nashvillie ,tenn . . daugther got a house 5 yrs ago given to her worth $150,.000.00.

a new will was written stating the house all personal effects and monies was to be given daugther (my sister). is their a ala law that assets to be divided 50%. if the son

objects to new will ?
