Up on my death

If I have debts when I die can my siblings be held responsible for there payment.

As a general rule, when you die, any debts that can't be paid off out of your estate die with you, with the possible exception that your heirs can be held responsible for your debts to the extent that they receive any funds or property as a result of your death.
