Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Alaska

I was unable to make payments on medical debts after losing my job, I have a judgment against me from small claims. I have decided to move back to my parents house in Washington State from Alaska. Is there any legal hurdles to moving beyond notifying the people I owe of my change in address?

No.

In fact, I don't believe you are even required to notify the judgment creditor of your new address. That's generally their problem, should they desire to trace you.
