If I pay child support to my ex wife and I now adopted my current wifes child who is older than my ex wife's child can I ask for my adopted daughter to be concidered a first born child and get a child credit?

You are asking whether your adopted child could be considered a child of a "previous" relationship for the puposes of calculating child support for your child with your ex-wife?

No. It doesn't work that way.
