Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
is there any difference if i file for B,K, before or after I acquire a Heloc debt from selling my house?
My home (residence) is scheduled for trustee sale and I have a buyer to sell it as short sale which will result in paying off the 1st and $90K towards to $250K HELOC with B of A.
An attorney says I should file for B,K. and let the house go to foreclosure but my CPA says sell it in short sale and deal with the debt once they come after you.
