If a coworker smacks my butt at work can i turn and smack him in the face as self defence like an Eye for an eye? he smacks me i smack him.

No, you can't hit your coworker for smacking you, even smacking you in the butt.
You VERY WELL MAY BE ABLE to sue your coworker and perhaps your employer for this behavior; the placement of the smack smacks of sexual harassment and of a hostile work environment. You need to speak with an attorney local to you who practices employment law.
