What would be the best type of business structure for a Data Center? This is including the positions of Directors, Managers, and General Employees.

And a few of these many factors referenced by the other attorneys are as follows: How many people will be involved in the business? Will they all be contributing money and property, or will some contribute work? Will you have investors? Will you have employees? Will you have independent contractors? What kind of management structure works for the egos of all the people involved? How will everybody be paid? Where do you see this business in five and ten years from now? Some of these questions will lead to further questions, and some may not be as important as others. It usually takes an hour meeting to determine exactly how this will work.
