Legal Question in DUI Law in Arizona

After seven years

years ago I was in az. and recived a DUI. i thought it was taken care of and now I find out not. After 7 years is this still in affect? Is there a statuite for this.

No limitations of action on a warrant. License will stay suspended until DUI taken care of. Time is tolled until picked up on warrant or warrant quashed. (1) Move to quash warrant. (2) review case. (3) Move to dismiss or do out of state guilty plea - depending on the facts. Price for out of state C.O.P. is $2,500.00
