Not father of child
We been apart for about ten years she had a child from her boyfriend about three years ago she is in jail now waiting trail and the court will pay for her divorce and i was told that they will want sopport from me is this true and or do i recamend a maternaty test her boy friend is in jail doing three years? thank you

Not really sure about your question, first who does the child live with, where you married when child was born, if so, was boyfriend named father? Since she is in jail, she can not collect current child support from you. Seems like DNA testing is needed and the proper paper work needs to be file with the court to protect your rights
