getting papers transferred from one state to the other

I need to get my divorce papers from CA to AZ and I also need to have some things changed on them and get the child support that is owed to my child. How old does a child have to be before they can choose to not see the other parent in the state of AZ? Can I state that the child choses not to have visitation?
