Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Property aquired in marrage in spouses name. Is it community property?

My wife and I have been married for 15 years. We were married in Ca. About 4 years ago we purchased a moblie home in Az. The mobile home is solely in her name. I want to use the mobile home during the summer. Is this community property under Ca. law? Or does she have a right to change the locks, and restrict me from use? Does Az. have a community property law, and is it similar to Ca.?

Thanks

What is your question? To deal with the Sheriff that shows up when she calls, or with the court system.

AZ has community property like Cal and as to this matter, I believe they are the same.

Why is it "in" her name. Perhaps the funds used to acquire it were her separate property? Perhaps it was a bequest to her.
