Can you receive child support for 18 older

I'm trying to help my brother both his children change their name to the step fathers name. but The oldest is 20 and he is still paying child support on her not in school and the boy is 17 and both agree to stop child support she signed a peice of paper to state she don't want child support because in exchange of the step fathers name. can he get back support for the 20 yr old. also is it to late to get a paternity for the 20 which is not his daughter but mother lied all these years. which only i know it not his kids. thank you. what is a blank order

I will try to answer your questions as best I can.

1. If child support was ordered previously for the 20 year old, it is still collectible. If no orders have ever been entered, an action would have to be filed immediately, before the statute of limitations expires.

2. It is not too late to get a Paternity Order, though back child support can only go back 3 years.

3. Blank Order: not sure how it answer this. A blank order is an Order that you want the Judge to sign, but has not been signed yet.
