Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I have been a stay at home mother/wife for the past 8 years. My husband abused me but, I was an idiot and only called it in once prior. I made the phone call and had him arrested recently. He is currently facing 3 charges. After I picked up our children he filed a false report and was able to obtain an order of protection against me and one of our children that he drug into his house and would not let come home with me. I appealed )without and attorney) and lost when he and his mother blatantly lied on the stand. I have obtained an attorney but would like to know if there are any parental right laws that could possibly help my case. We have an emergency hearing this week and his parents are listed as witnesses and I know that they have no morals concerning lying under oath. And I have no proof to discredit their claims of me being a raging drunken abusive mother-which is not the truth. I am only aloud to see my son at school and he and his parents make it impossible for me to do that knowing that I can't afford to take time off of work everyday.

If you have a retained an attorney, it is most appropriate for you to direct your questions to that attorney, since we cannot communicate with an individual about a subject matter when they have retained an attorney.
