The neighborhood bully
What can I do about a neighbor who is verbaly slandering my family, yelling obsenities at my children and threatening to kill my husband? This guy harrases the entire neighborhood we are all sick of it, he also knows alot about the law and calls the city on anybody he can.

Threatening to kill someone is a very serious matter and something that I believe should be reported to the police.
You may be able to obtain an Injunction against Harassment against him. Contact an attorney or your local justice court for more information about this.
