im in tucson arizona a indian casino where me and another guy was banned for 14 days so after the 14 days i go back everything is fine been back over a week going everyday then i hit a royal flush for 1800.00 so i was waiting to get paid when security says we are not paying you you have a life time ban i never got anything in the mail stating that and they seen me back for over a week i think they just did not want to pay me i cant find what this falls under to seek a lawyer please help

No, I do not think they can withhold your winnings unless you had notice prior to that that there was a lifetime ban against your presence on the casino property. It also depends on whether anything is in writing. It's better of course if it is written and not just stated (then you get into he-said she-said kinds of situations).

Was there anything in writing indicating that you had to get "permission" to come back after the 14-day ban?

Also, can you tell me anything about which tribe or casino this is? I have worked for several tribes and may be familiar with their gaming authority. Thank you!
