i apply for vawa i am approve by imigration but the lawer told me i need to pay for the working permit but i dont have money to pay is there any way i can ask for help

I understand that you have an attorney.

A fee for an application for a work permit, if filed separately, is $340.

However, depending on applicant's financial situation, it could be possible to ask for a fee waiver.

If eligible for adjustment of status, an applicant can apply for both after VAWA application was approved. If not eligible to apply for adjustment of status yet, but VAWA application was approved, then an applicant can apply for a Work Pemit only (based on an approved VAWA).
