contractor not getting paid right

i work for velocity express and didnot recive my the rigth pay for work done

If you are an employee of the company that owes you money, you may have a claim under the Wage Payment Act. You could either bring suit yourself, or, if the amount in question is relatively low, you could file with the Arizona Industrial Commission a formal complaint.

If the amount at issue does not constitute wages, your only recourse would be to file suit against the company.
