Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

I have been waiting for 5 months for s judge to rule on summary judgement, is this normal or should I be worried about my attorneys handling of the case?

That is very normal. You should also know that employers, in employment discrimination cases, win on summary judgment about 80% of the time. Best of luck.
