Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona

I am currently living in a condo with my roomate/landlord. She owns the condo and does not legally have me on her lease but typed up a personal lease agreement which I signed and dated. The beginning of the lease states, " I _____ _____ agree to rent a room at (address) for the amount of 400.00 a month starting May 2nd 2010 through Nov 2nd 2010." and the end of the lease states, " Upon moving I ____ _____ will provide a 30 day notice and assure that all my rent and current bills are paid infull." My question is if I am having to move out of the condo on Oct 1st instead od Nov 2nd what is the likelyhood of my roomate being able to sue me? Also what actions could if she began to personally harass me for the money after I left on Oct 1st?

Based on the limited information you have provided only, your roommate would have a claim for breach of contract and more than likely be entitled to the last month's rent.
