Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona

Long story. My dad purchased a mobile home from a investment corp. and made payments. My dad paid off the loan and the person who sold it to them passed away before he got title. Six years passed and my dad has now passed away and it took me months to locate the other partners in this corporation but was successful and they signed the title to me. so it is now in my name. i am selling it and the park tells me i owe 3000.00 in space rent late fees and legal fees. I am a new owner and have co contract with them. my dad had a lease and passed away. i am obligated to pay these fees????

Without reviewing the space rental agreement, it is hard to say. I am not sure what the relationship is between the park... the partners... and your father. If you would like us to review the documents related to the lease of the space please call Stephanie Coulter at 602 462 1004 to make arrangements to have us review the lease and chat with you.
