Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Arizona

Spelling of name other than legal given name

I have recently been issued my Arizona real estate license and will be starting with a local office in two weeks. Although my license is issued in my legal given name, I would like to spell my last name differently for pronunciation purposes for use on my business cards, advertising, etc. Is this legal to do? If so, am I required to use the legal spelling of my name on contracts and listings, or can I use the new spelling there also?

Thank you.

Re: Spelling of name other than legal given name

You may call yourself anything you wish so long as you don't do so to defraud anyone.
