Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

Ten people consumed contaminated food before the presence of fresh blood was noticed on the packaging and tissue paper as the food was coving it up. The company would like me to send them the packaging that is covered in the employees blood before they pursue having their employee tested for blood born pathogens. Im afraid to turn over the packages in fear that it may be lost and Im not sure why they are requesting it as they have verified that a person at the location cut themselves the morning of my complaint. I would think that photos of the incident should be enough? Suggestions on how to properly handle the issue?

No. You do not turn it over. You could have it tested at a lab, at your own expense for now, and send them a copy of the test results. You also could have a portion of the sample sent to the company as a courtesy so they can have it independently tested.

Best of luck!
