Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

illeagle foreclosure

I have several questions, more than that , I need alot of help.

#1 the mortgage co. who did the foreclosure were at the time doing my refinance . reduced my payment from 1785.00 to 13??.00

then evicted me as a renter/ not the owner. They called from Ca. and asked if I was intrested in redeeming my property I said yes as I did not understand how they had foreclosed while finishing my refinance. The gal on the phone said oh wait we can't offer you a redemption as there is no redemption law in Az.

Now they have taken my home

( a 400 thousand $ pc. of property) my note was

$150,000. they sold the home for 168,000. Their attrny told me I had a check to the tune of $17,000. owed to me but I'de have to hire an Attrny like himself to get it released . I allso read where the law says the home should have been sold at fare market value and should have been paid the diff. I ended up leaving under gun fire I was not allowed to finish getting my belongings. A 24 FOOT BOX TRAILER FULL OF MY STUFF -antiques , clothing, family photos

12 years, my son grew up there .

3000 sq. ft They took it all . I got the clothes on my back my son , my truck. I was never questioned by the police re: THE GUN FIRE - SO MUCH MORE

It looks like you may have been the victim of a scam known as "equity skimming." Contact an attorney immediately. If you can't afford an attorney, contact the Community Legal Services office in your area, and they might be able to find an attorney who will take your case for free. Good luck.
