Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Moving from Ca to Arizona - Property/Marriage

My wife wants to move from Ca to Arizonia how will this effect my property...We have not been on good terms? If we move there how will this effect my community property and other holdings?

On both sides we each have adult childen how will the laws of Arizona affect our assets for them? We have already set up trust will those be valid in Arizona?

I had poperty with my x wife that I was sold out of during the course of this 2nd marriage? With the money from my first marriage, I bought a house with my 2nd wife. We will sell this house to buy a home in Arizona and move there. How will all this work out for me and my children?

Again we are not on good terms and she is a sneaky one....

I cannot give an opinion on a trust I have not examined. In general, a trust executed in one state will not be invalidated by moving to another state.

It sounds like it would be good advice for you to seek a consultation with a family law attorney to see how to protect yourself. Your issues are ones dealth with by family law/domestic relations/divorce attorneys.

Good luck.
