Re: Quickclaim

There is no such thing as a "quickclaim" deed. The term is quitclaim.

The "form" is a Quitclaim Deed.

Many people are ill-advised to use this, particularly when used as an estate planning tool. You asked no advice as to how to do anything, and gave no facts as to the particular problem. Also, there are elements that must be in the deed, such as marital status, etc., which may not appear on a "form."

Legal procedures are not just fill-in-the-blanks, they usually involve some knowledge of what to do, and how to do it.

Re: Quickclaim

You would use the form that would be acceptable in AZ. Be sure to include all of the statutory requirements and you should also talk to an attorney and cpa before filing anything because you could be unnecessarily be increasing tax liability.
