Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

my neighbor is allowing me to use a very small piece of his property to accomadate my pool equipment, I need to know the correct verbiage to explain this in writing so we can record it with the county. we live in Arizona

Your neighbor must grant you an easement and that document would be recorded with the county recorder where the property is located.
