a mothers wishes

when taking action (case)to court do i take the person that still has the jewlery. Or do i take the person/persons that have the other jewlery that was given out?

You must first be appointed personal representative of the estate. Then, you can demand return of the items taken. If the possessors refuse to deliver the items to you, you will then ask the court for orders commanding them to deliver the items to you, the personal representative of the estate.
