Re: Workmans comp bad faith

I am a board-certified specialist in Arizona workers' compensation law, and I can't help you. I am unaware of any specialist like myself who handles tribal workers' comp claims, because they have designed the system to be so difficult and (in my opinion) unfair to the injured worker. You can't even get them to give you a set of rules or laws that they will follow. With so many non-Indian workers now employed on tribal lands, this is going to be a hot future topic. I wish I could help you more.
