Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arkansas

i filed chapter 11 in 1995 and released in 98 can i file again or do i have to file chapter 13. i dont wont to lose my house or cars or anything for that matter i know i owe the creditors but its just to much for me to handle right now,help me out here what should i do.
