About a year or so ago I bought a 2005 Colorodo Truck and a trailor and the woman I was living with was married at the time to someone else she took my truck and trailor sold my trailor and its in my name saying we were common law but she was married to someone else at the time .What can I do

Well, you do not have a common law marriage because she was married to someone else (that would constitute bigamy).

It seems to me that your best option is to sue her for conversion of your property. You may also have the local prosecutor take a look at your case and have her prosecuted for theft of property.
