personal property and land left by deceaseed rlatives

Property and land was left to me by

deceased family member(s), I'd like to at

least have what was given to me, having

hard time not able to recieve by individual

who refuses to honor my family wishes

before they passed.

How was the property given to you by the deceased family member? Do you have the deed, or was it by will, or just a promise?

If you have the deed, and it is recorded, then it is already yours. If it is in the will, the will is going to have to be probated (if value over $100,000 of the entire estate).

If it was passed some other way, may be another way to go after property. I would need more details of how they passed it to you.
