In the absence of a court order stating otherwise you do have a right to know where your children are living as you have equal shared parental responsibiilty with their mother. If she relocates to a place some distance from where you live you should consider making an urgent application to court to require her to return with the children. Even if she doesn't relocate you should consider making an application to court to allow you to spend time with your children. Generally the court will order that the children should spend time with both parents. But usually you are required to try to engage her in mediation first.
