what is the law on inheritence if you great grand father had land my grand father inherited, after his death my father inherited, after his death I am his oldest son

This depends on the date of your father's death and whether your father had a valid will upon his death. If your father died before 2002 without a will then you (as legitimate eldest son) would inherit your father's estate and presumably your great grand father's land. If your father died after 2002 with out a will then you would share your father's estate as well as any of his inheritance with your siblings and any spouse of your father.
