Adjustment of status form

I would also like to know if I am allowed to travel outside the US and, I have just looked at the adjustment of status forms, am I correct that I fall under the H category, (other basis of eligibility) ?

You are allowed to travel if you apply for travel permit. What is your status now? if you are out of status...you cannnot travel outside the USA.

You can travel if you have all requirements and your legal status is valid for more time than 'H' expiration.
