Requirements for reinstating an employee on pregnancy leave

Are we required to reinstate an employee after her pregnancy leave? She was employeed less than a year prior to the LOA. She created descention in the office. Did not work well with others.

Yes. But you may terminate an employee at will for any legal reason unrelated to the employee's pregnancy.
