Legal Question in Disability Law in California

hello// I had aliving trust, and took all out.. and replaced it with a will so all can go to my daugther,,and my oldest son is trying to make problems for me and said I didn't pay tax on the money and he is mad because I am leaving him nothing I am very much alive I made a new will,, I was told he can't do nothing.. is this true I am 83 please help

The money is yours to deal with, although the living trust could have accomplished the same purpose as the will, and probably faster. I always tell my estate planning clients to not tell their family members about their intentions because of just the thing that's happening with your kids. Make sure that, in the will, you name as executor a person whom you can trust to carry out your intentions, and not a person who would make trouble for the other beneficiaries.
