Legal Question in Disability Law in California

I fied a discrimination/harrassment claim based on lack of accomodation etc ... against my employer. I am currently on paid administrative leave and looking for another job. I have a "right to sue" letter now. Is it best to get another job be 4 taking legal action? I DO WANT TO LEAVE.

If you don't want to leave have you attempted to negotiate with your employer to explain to them that you don't want to leave and that you just want the proper accommodations for your disability?

If you would like to discuss this, including my thoughts regarding strategy, feel free to contact me.
