Go to lexis.com, go to California points and authorities, and look up the generic form. There are numerous bases for making the motion and you can pick which one you need. Otherwise you really need a lawyer in Calif., or a Texas atty. can probably assist you.

There is no generic form for this type of motion. This is so because the reasons one case should be dismissed will be different from the reasons applicable in another case. These reasons will generally depend upon what the complaint alleges, and no standard form can deal with all possible complaints.

If you believe the complaint should be dismissed you will need to either have a lawyer prepare a motion for you or write one yourself.
