Considering Chapter 13 - Remove 2nd Mortgage
I am considering Chapter 13 and would like to remove my 2nd mortgage in the process. I would like for someone in my area to contact me ASAP so that I can start the process.

You cannot use a Chapter 13 bankruptcy to remove your second mortage.
