Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
judgement against me from citi,resulted in abstract of judgementthat creates lein on my property, prior to filing. then i end up filing for bankruptcy and include the original debt from citi on my bankruptcy, however during the bankruptcy judgement is sold, can the new purchaser renew the debt?
