service contracts and chapter 7
Hello:
I just filed for Chapter 7 and realized that i have an old contract where every now and then i'm paying for a headstone for a family members gravesite -- I still owe 600.00 and can pay in two months -- not sure what to do? Can I still pay while my papers on in bakruptcy review?

What will happen if you don't pay and put it in the BK? Amending costs $26. Will they take the headstone back?
